Annex have roof top beer gardens which are open from June to September. They are the perfect places from which to see the annual firework display over the lake!

- There are many sightseeing spots which are accessible by bicycle.
Fee : up to one hour: 324 yen, up to four hours: 648 yen, up to eight hours: 1,080 yen, up to twelve hours: 1,296 yen.

- Room temperature
- The room temperature can be controlled with the air conditioning unit.
- Window
- The windows cannot be opened for safety reasons. If you would like to open the window for ventilation, please contact the front desk.
- Cleaning
- Please bring the items to the front desk. Please note that this service is not available for underwear.
- Washing machines
- There are three washing machines and two driers located on the 1st floor of the car park for your use. (fee charged)
- Wake-up call
- On the phone in your room press the wake-up call button or press (6) and enter your desired time (24-hour clock)(E.g. for 6:30 am: (wake-up call) (0) (6) (3) (0))
Press (6) (9) to cancel.

- Please contact the front desk.
- International calls
- After pressing the outside line button or (0), dial 001, the country code and then the number.
- Dialing outside
- For domestic calls: press the outside line button or (0), and dial the number.
- Ice
- If you require ice, please call the front desk before going down to collect it.
- Calling other guest rooms
- To call other guest rooms in the hotel, first dial (1) for Main building or (2) for Annex, then the room number.
- Room usage times and extra charges.
- You may use the room until 10:00am
You will be charged an extra fee after 10:00am. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the front desk.(additional charge for every extra hour stayed.)

- The refrigerator is normally switched off, so please turn the power on if you wish to use it.
